Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 12, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by LJM SUPREME 2 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

LJM SUPREME 2 LLC provides digital marketing and advertising services to businesses, entrepreneurs, and other clients.

By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.

2. Services

LJM SUPREME 2 LLC provides digital marketing services that may include:

  • Digital advertising strategy and campaign management.
  • Social media advertising, including Meta Ads.
  • Advertising creative development, including ad copy, images, and other marketing materials.
  • Marketing strategy and consulting.
  • Campaign performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Other marketing-related services agreed upon between the Company and the Client.

The exact scope of services, deliverables, pricing, and timeline will be communicated to the Client before purchase or confirmed in a separate proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.

Services are provided according to the specific package or arrangement purchased by the Client.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and, if acting on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to represent that business.

Our services are intended primarily for business and professional use.

4. Orders and Service Agreements

An order is considered accepted when the Company confirms the purchase, receives the applicable payment, or otherwise confirms the engagement in writing.

Before purchasing, Clients are responsible for reviewing the service description, scope, applicable fees, and any special conditions associated with the selected service.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional payment.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices will be communicated before the Client completes a purchase. The applicable currency, payment amount, billing frequency, and any recurring charges will be disclosed at checkout or in the relevant proposal or invoice.

Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, where available.

By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction using the payment method you provide.

For recurring services, the Client will be informed of the recurring amount and billing frequency before subscribing. Recurring payments will continue until the subscription or service arrangement is canceled in accordance with the applicable terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, third-party advertising spend, including amounts paid directly to advertising platforms, is not included in the Company's service fees.

The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with the purchase, except where the Company is legally required to collect them.

6. Refund Policy

Our services may involve professional time, campaign planning, strategy development, creative production, and other work performed specifically for the Client.

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already performed, the applicable agreement, and any mandatory consumer protection laws.

Where a service has not yet commenced, the Client may request cancellation and a refund by contacting us.

Once work has commenced, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms agreed upon before purchase. Any approved refund will take into account the services already delivered and the applicable cancellation terms.

If a service cannot be delivered by the Company, we will work with the Client to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

To request a refund, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website and include your order details and the reason for your request.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services or subscriptions by contacting us through the contact details published on our website.

The cancellation effective date, any final payment due, and any remaining service obligations will be determined by the applicable service agreement and the cancellation terms disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund for services already performed or deliverables already provided.

For recurring services, Clients should submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge.

We will confirm cancellation requests where appropriate.

8. Advertising Results Disclaimer

LJM SUPREME 2 LLC provides marketing services on a professional, best-efforts basis.

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, sales volumes, revenue, profits, return on advertising spend (ROAS), leads, conversions, audience growth, or other business outcomes.

Advertising performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, product quality, pricing, website performance, customer behavior, and third-party platform policies and algorithms.

Any projections, estimates, examples, or case studies are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

The Client remains responsible for its business decisions and the commercial results of its business.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the services.
  • Supply all required materials, approvals, and access permissions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that products, services, claims, and advertising materials supplied by the Client comply with applicable laws and advertising policies.
  • Maintain ownership of, or obtain appropriate authorization to use, all content and materials supplied to the Company.
  • Pay all agreed fees and any advertising platform charges that are the Client's responsibility.
  • Maintain appropriate access and permissions for advertising accounts and other third-party platforms.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may affect delivery schedules.

10. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other marketing tools.

These platforms operate independently of LJM SUPREME 2 LLC and are subject to their own terms, policies, fees, and technical limitations.

We do not control third-party platform decisions, account suspensions, advertising disapprovals, policy changes, algorithm changes, service interruptions, or platform outages.

We cannot guarantee that any advertisement, account, or campaign will be approved or remain active.

The Client is responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform used in connection with its business.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, proprietary methods, templates, processes, tools, and know-how.

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the Client receives the rights to use the final deliverables specifically created for and provided to the Client, subject to any third-party licenses, usage restrictions, or separate written agreements.

Third-party materials, stock assets, fonts, software, and platform resources remain subject to their respective license terms.

The Client may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Company's proprietary materials without prior written permission.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information received from the other party in connection with the services.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is authorized, necessary to provide the services, required by law, or otherwise permitted under an applicable agreement.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available through no breach of these Terms or that was lawfully obtained independently.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Information may be processed to provide services, communicate with Clients, manage payments, prevent fraud, fulfill contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements.

Payment details may be processed by third-party payment processors in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LJM SUPREME 2 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from the use of our services.

The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platform decisions, interruptions, unauthorized changes to Client accounts by third parties, or inaccurate information supplied by the Client.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LJM SUPREME 2 LLC from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from the Client's unlawful use of the services, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the Company's own unlawful conduct or other circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service arrangement in accordance with the applicable service agreement and cancellation terms.

The Company may suspend or terminate services if the Client materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay amounts due, provides unlawful materials, or uses the services in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed or other amounts lawfully due before termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Changes will apply prospectively, except where otherwise required by law. Material changes to an existing service agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to LJM SUPREME 2 LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled by the competent courts with jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
